Biography
Founded in 1972 in Jablonec nad Nisou, Czech Republic as "Jizerská Protěž", they changed their name to "Country Sisters" in 1985 and have since grown into one of Europe's leading country bands, captivating audiences of over 25,000 people in over 30 countries around the world.
Their highly flexible performance, making full use of wireless microphones and musical instruments, creates a sense of unity with the audience and creates a stage full of realism. Even when they run out of batteries or have other accidents, they overcome them with their natural smiles and quick thinking, leading the venue to even greater excitement.
Their natural singing and playing, and well-coordinated chorus, have won acclaim at country music festivals across Europe, and they are especially popular in Switzerland, France, Germany, Denmark, Italy, the UK, Belgium, and Slovakia, and their popularity continues to spread around the world, including Australia, Singapore, Canada, Malaysia, Greenland, Iceland, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Faroe Islands.
In 2019, they won three awards at the Texas Sounds International Country Music Awards: "Entertainers of the Year", "Outstanding Production of the Year", and "People's Choice". Their musicality is recognized around the world.
In their 50+ years of activity, the group has experienced member changes, but each time they breathed new life into the band and continued to evolve. Their songs, which reflect the individual personalities and the times, deeply move listeners.

The deep bonds that have been cultivated over the years of activity can be seen from the participation of many former members in the anniversary live show.
