A Gift for Sonia, Arriving Soon!

| Dea.Alaudae.JP

Dear Sonia,

I recently sent a gift for the "Annual Fanclub Meeting - Garden 2025," but I completely forgot to include a letter. It was my first time sending something internationally, and I got flustered. I'm sorry for being so clumsy, as usual.

So, I'd like to use this blog post to explain what I sent!

Special Gifts Made with a 3D Printer

The gifts I sent this time are 3D-printed nameplates and nametags.

For the nameplates, I made 9 each in five colors: black, white, green, red, and blue. For the nametags, I made about 800 with text on one side (80mm x 12mm), and about 180 more, including double-sided text, different thicknesses, and test tags.

Actually, there was a little trouble during the production. I had originally planned to make all of them with double-sided text, but a part on the 3D printer broke in the middle of the process. I had to use a substitute part until the new one arrived, so the text on some of the nametags turned out a bit rough.

Also, I had initially planned to make them 60mm in size, but when I did a test print, the text didn't come out clearly. After trying various things, I found that 80mm was the cleanest, so I settled on that size.

So, I would be happy if you could give the nametags with the beautiful double-sided text to fans at the fanclub meeting, and the single-sided ones at the live event.

Two Weeks of Production

To make all of these items, the 3D printer was running almost 24/7 for about two weeks, from August 14th to the 27th (with two days for maintenance).

I only managed the machine; the 3D printer made everything itself. I never imagined that something like this could be made so easily in a regular home.

I sincerely hope that you and all the members will be happy with this gift. I'm just praying that it arrives safely.
